As a postnatal specialist and new mom, I know that core recovery is so important post-partum because of the trauma endured by the core during pregnancy and labor. In this program, we’ll focus on repairing and strengthening the deep core with key movements.
Here’s how it works:
1. For 4 weeks, I will upload 1 video each week
2. Perform that video 1-2x per day to master the movements
3. Once you’ve mastered the movements, move on to the next video once it’s posted
4. On the 4th week, I’ll show you how to incorporate the movements into strength movements
